CCP NA, White Wolf MMO?

i just wanted to know what kind of announcements if any have been made about the new ccp published World of darkness mmo thier working on i found a post looking for a lead qa for the project so im guessing it means its going ahead

is the post im kinda looking forward to a new game most of the current ones are getting old

    oh yeah i talked to a friend of mine who does some work for ccp thier doing other projects based on WoD as well ill get my fixes while i wait

    I still fire up Vampire: Masquerade from time to time. But I'm not going to think about any WoD mmo until they start having something to show. A lot of the success with this property depends on atmosphere and gameplay--not just nice graphics. How "sucky" (yes, pun intended) would it be to see hundreds of vampires milling around "grinding" on npcs?

    It'll be a tough game to pull off, I think. Though I wish them luck.

    oh i agree plus its not just the vamps though thier talking full immersion of the different realms of thier long catalog of races classes sects and cabals

     

     

    thats why im thinking 3 or 4 years would be a good time must shorter and it would be a horro version of the vanguard release

    Last i hear its still in the early programming stages as in the Graphics engine is still being treaked. Then they need to begine making the game itself so it will be a few years yet.

    yeah same here but the basic game concept is there though just not sure how thier gonna be able to keep the "secret" of thier existance as per the gameset with so many people and so many type of creatures if the secret is even gonna be kept for that matter

    I dont know if an MMO will be able to match even half of WOD immersion factor. One of the biggest things in any White Wolf game is roleplaying. I know personally I dont EVER play any WW games for the combat system.

    same combat is usually the last thing i wanna do if im playing a WW game which is weird id rather have a fully immersive true mmo thats a roleplaying game and im praying and i dont do that lightly that ccp gets this one right cause if they do id prolly play it till im dead or true vr comes out
