Pre-Order Bonus Pack issue? (19 digit code?)

Well, I just picked up my Tabula Rasa Pre-Order Bonus Pack from Best Buy, I got home, installed it, then I went to my NCsoft account to register the security code it gave me, except it gave me a 19 digit code, which it won't accept. Did I miss something along the way? >.<
