Personally I would drop Nature's Swiftness, since you're feral you won't be actually casting nature spells that often. Usually it's pop up to heal yourself then drop back down in cat/bear form. Also Natural Shapeshifter is recommended since as a feral druid you tend to have a smaller mana pool than resto or balance druids. Your shapeshifts are rather high mana, 30% reduction really helps.
I'd also drop the 5 points you have in Balance and put them into feral. You really should get Imp Leader of the Pack at high levels you'll be critting fairly often and getting a free heal out of the deal. You're already close to Mangle so may as well get that too. If you put at least 1 point into Shredding Attacks you can then usually get 1 Shred off before the Pounce stun wears off.
