Can't stream videos

I was streaming South Park episodes all day. I logged onto youtube a minute ago, and every video freezes at 2 seconds, and won't play if I move the time forward. I checked the site I was streaming earlier, and it does the same thing. The video buffers completely, it just won't play.

Anyone know how to help me out?
