Will CoH run on Dialup?

Hey guys im looking for some help with CoH. I am currently deployed in Iraq and i have sattelite internet in one of our barracks where i live. The internet connection is shared with about 30+ other soldiers so the connection is on dial up speed, sometimes a little faster sometimes a little slower. I was wondering if it is worthwhile getting and playing CoH. I am currently downloading the 14 day free trial. Are there any dial up users who can tell me how the game runs? I play Eve Online as well, and it runs fine to me (patching though takes a while) But it is a space MMO and there are not to many mobs to lag me out. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Cant say Iv personaly tryed it. But I do rember hearing a report of a dual boxer using dialup w/o to many issues.
I used to play on dial up with a 28K connection (OUCH!). It took roughly 85 years to download any updates, but once I was connected things were generally fine. Once in a while i would get some rubber banding, but it was pretty rare.
I don't want to write this, and you don't want to read it. But now it's too late for both of us.
of course you can play with a 56k connection but given your location and the server location it will be slow
Good to hear. Well ill have to play on the European servers instead and save some lag issues that way. 2GB left to download for the 14 day trial...3 more days..lol
