What's the graphics engine of PW?

Ok i've been wondering about the graphics engine of PW. The environment is awesome specially the rendering of the water and the islands... ah i just love it.
From what i've read the graphics engine is proprietary? Or what?
Give me some details.

I was wondering that myself. PW is an older MMO (Launched in July 2005 China) so I was thinking it does look a lot like L2 so its possible that it is the Unreal 2 engine.
Dunno though, I can't find any info either. At least not in English.
