If I uninstall swg will I lose my character?

in Star Wars Galaxies

So If I uninstall swg will I lose my character? I thought maybe I would just lose the game and if I want to come back some time down the road can I install swg and just put in my account info?

    All characters are kept server side.  That applies to  all mmo's on  the market.  If you ever decide to come back just install update and login.

    All info is kept server-side so your free to uninstall and reinstall the game as many times without data loss :D

    You will lose any key configurations or macros you have done though.
