Apparently a woman in NYC advertised in Craigslist she was for sale for a price of $500,000 year.  That was the income she demanded of the man she marries.  Some guy who fit the bill responded to the ad saying that she was a bad investment as her looks would fade and therefore was a dimishing asset.  Ouch!  Sounds like the woman was embarrassed to the point that she removed the ad.  Do you think she got what she deserved or that the guy was a little harsh in his response?

The gold digger got what she deserved. She pretty much got OWNED. For any woman to sell herself, especially on the Internet is degrading and this banker gave it to her.

Meh, this is hardly newsworthy. "Mail order bride" companies are nearly a billion dollar industry these days. I hear the extremely low male:female ratio in Russia is heavily fueling the "supply" these days.

In Iceland almost all of their strippers are Russian or from other Eastern European countries.  I never saw an Icelandic Stripper while I was there.

Like it or not all women have their price. For some it is a steady job and support and for others, they try to raise the bar.  In the end if you marry for money you are f*&^%ed. As soon as your looks fade so will the bank account.

Hmm buy a wife?  Well in one way engaging in an agreement like this would make it easy.  You could lay down some very specific guidelines in order for her to have access to your funds.   Of course if I ever was to marry someone like this I would be a total dick about it. 

Honey you have gained 5 pounds, if you don't lose it you will void our contract.  If she wants to sell herself based on her looks, she better damn well make sure to keep in the best condition possible.  She also better not make any complaints at all.  That would be a deal breaker as well. 

But honestly I am too much in love with my wife to ever envision a deal like this.

hahah, yeah read an article about this once, women like that get what they deserve really, if they've got no self-respect then it's not like they should expect any really if they act like that, sure there are girls I know of who flirt around or dress in a fashion that would make purists cry, but at least they don't go selling themselves like that.

Actually I only pay for what I get, ever, no matter who I am with, and I never expect anything from anybody cause to be honest I don't care (<--- asexual).  Hence why I don't date anymore, it is just a hugh waste of time for me, and also why I am allowed to critisize it. 

But excluding myself, that is very true for most people, it is still funny that she wrote an article about it.  I guess in a way it makes sense, skip the silly dating and romance traditions and just talk business, it is actually fairly effecient.

I could see this going a step further, maybe billboards or service directories, they would be like dating websites, minus the compatibility and love crap, it would operate more like an open market. Bidders and sellers.

What a bad investment, you can get yourself a really fine attractive women for 2500 to 10,000 a night, and they do anything you want, best kind of girl. This lady is obviously not that attreactive to justfy the payment of 500,000 a year and on top of that, its a women, who in their right mind would ever want to pay to have a women around for a whole year, think about that, the same women for one whole year, 365 days in the one year. You can have atleast 155 different women in that span of time and spend 500,000 on toys and gangbangs and etc... Why any man would ever be stupid enough to tie himself down to one peice of sweet nectar is beoyund me, afterall that is what girls are here for anyways . Bring it on down now.
