    Well for the last 6 months (at least) WAR was steadily first.

     

     

    edit: as is it again. it seems that was only for a few hours....

    Don't pay any attention to the ratings on this site, trust me, the longer you think about them, the more frustrated you will get.

    If it's more or less anticipated then WAR isn't really a big deal, as long as there'll be enough players once it's released so that you won't have to play on a "ghost server" with 3 other active people...

    Does it really matter?

    I realize I'm not going to influence someone who's got their heart set on a game, just like they arent going to convince me that what I like isnt good, and what they like is good.

    I could honestly care less if AoC was top or bottom, as long as it has what I'm hoping to find in a game. (Yeah, that's the selfish view, and I do want AoC to be successful, but hype is about as useless as nipples on a man)

    Ratings here should be taken with a large grain (50lb size) of salt.

    Every time there is a poll for most popular MMORPG the EVE Online fanatics flood the ballots lol

    Besides the responses from the community after the game is released are more important.

        Meh, I'm not really concerned, as I have an interest in both games, though as you can plainly see, I have a little bit of a bias. I'm just a sucker for the IP.

     

         That said, I've got a lot of anticipation to see how AoC's combat system plays out, and as to how WAR's RvR plays out. I've got my suspicions on both sides of the fence, but really, only time will tell.

    Well say what you will, I dont support any of the two games... but Warhammer is definately more popular, doesnt mean its BETTER... but more popular.

    WoW and EQ2 = best examples.
