Help, What Notebook should I buy!

I am living and working in Seoul, south korea. I am looking for a gaming notebook that I can also take to the coffee house to do some writing.

I want to play the latest MMOs and things like Battlefield 2142. I have about 1500 to 2000 US dollars to spend.

Can anyone make any suggestions? I think the big brands here are dell, hp, samsung, lg, asus and toshiba.

any suggestions would be appreciated!
