HAHAHAHAAHA great call..... I hear ya... what really bothers me personally is the characters look NOTHING even close to the quality in the ads.. but hey, just what they're using to market.
Uh get a new computer they are just as good as the in game pictures if you have a GREAT video card, high ram, new monitor, and a good computer along with all the settings on high.
Just because you have a crappy computer doesn't mean that the characters suck. LOTRO has great graphics.

I believe there is a misunderstanding between ya'll. The OP of this comment was speaking about the ad characters and cinematic characters having little similarities to the in-game characters. And the above commenter interperated it as they look nothing like the screenshots.
While with a better system, the characters look better and better in-game. And now that they are putting DirectX10 support in the next content update, it will be all the better. It is still probably one of the prettiest games graphically that I've ever been a part of.

It is still probably one of the prettiest games graphically that I've ever been a part of.
