    It is shots like these that make me anticipate the game even more. I defiently do not regret spending money on my computer for this game.

    Actually, that would be the way to bet...same will be true of WAR as well.... the next gen of games are going to require stronger hardware than games like WOW...better plan on upgrading if you want to stay in the game......

    That's always been true as far as PVP games go, and it would be nice if people stopped complaining everytime a new game pushes the boundaries. Looks pretty slick, surely on my 'to-try' list

    Well, bb AoC. Do not suppose i will able buy so good comp. I agree, new games = better comps but......., it looks like 4xprocessor, 4-8gb RAM, some uber graphic card etc. Does these people really suppose so many customers will change their comps only due 1 game ? This game maybe will cool but for sure it will not very popular game. Maybe SOME ppl in SOME richest countries do not care, but world is a bit bigger. Cash for gaming , ok , but spending some huge amount of cash to play 1!!!!! game?

    Look so long as your graphics card is shadel model 2.0 and above you will be ok (my guess) Thats technology 3 yrs old. Yet again they say if you can play obilivion ~ the elder scrolls you will have no problem with AoC - that game is a few yrs old and sold over 3 million copies worldwide.

     

    Don't blame the game makers for making games that use current technology well. Anarchy Online Funcoms other mmo is like 6 yrs old, they have to make games last for the future too. Pointless to blame different countries too and a bit petty. Your own countries retailer prices are inhibiting you not the makers of the game.

    Game has been shown on a 7900GS GPU, E6600 and 2 gig ram before - UBER? hardly - mainstream pretty much.

    Obviously there is a difference between tetris and AoC, if people pay $15 a month they want something worthwhile to play.

    I bet when it comes out it will have the same graphic requirements of any mmorpg released in 2008, that includes TCoS and WAR.

    Its like 1 tiny step up above Guild Wars (2.5yrs old) and that game has massive amounts of Polish people playing it as an example. But you know what I really feel for all the people on the African continent who can't afford food.

    Resistance is futile; you will be assimilated into the multi-core world. And just to make sure, Intel plans to phase out single-core desktop chips starting in first quarter 2008. Taking up the entry-level shelf space will be the dual-core Celeron E1000 series, with the 45nm E4000 series to follow shortly afterwards.

    AmazingAvery :). I was not going to blame anyone. I am sure their trying do their best but..., when i saw these screens my first reaction was "Jeeeez :O, I feel troubles". Anyway, at moment we know shit about final engine

    work. If it will done good there will no problems but I dont think this game will have same or even similar requirements, it looks like a step forward. We will see :). 

    3 next things ; dont know how come you found my country as a part of 3 world.  I see You are from Canada, i supposed it is a big difference between USA and Canada education level, I see now I was wrong, well :P not my problem.  Next thing, who buys Intel processors ? Morons or just guys whose love a trademark, Intel it is a crap for big cash.  And the final thing, GW, do you really feel that game as a mmorpg ? It is more like a

    "Wannabe RPG" with a strange PvP, to be honest I do not feel GW at all, maybe thats why I blame this game and it is not important for me does GW  gaming costs or not, it is crap, thats all (ofc its my oppinion only :) ).

    Vanguard had some issues revolving graphics handling, yes state of the art pc's could run the game flawlessly however 1 month under state of the art pc's could not, even at lowest detail, mid-level pc's could not run it at a framerate above 30(on average) with minimum settings or even optimal card settings

     

    now those screenshots are...  thats DirectX10 for you!! *pls god tell me xp can run dx10 soon, UGH vista*

    Very nice screenshots. I'm excited for this game, I just hope it lives up to the hype. Seems that a lot of games have been doing just the opposite lately.
