Could be either, but at the same time.. maybe down the road after you get into the really high levels items and repairs start getting ungodly expensive.. dunno.

I like this. It makes the focus on the game playing it and learning your capabilities instead of where am I getting my next 100 credits to get that armor that costs 200000 for the helmet from.
Lets face it, we like to blow things up and/or kill them. If you have to jump through 200 hoops or grind money for days to do that, it reduces fun factor, at least for me. I get home from a stressful day at work and a 35 minute commute through bad traffic, and I want to kill something, period.
I definitely don't want to spend 8 hours in an asteroid belt (or looking for minerals on the ground like in wow) just so I have enough money to play for an hour.
That's just me. I'm all for working for what you have in real life, but in a game, I want to kill stuff. If money gets in the way and I need to grind it, I'll find a new game. I grind money every day at work.
TR allows you to make enough money to pay for your ammo, and then some. This is good because I can save the excess to buy really nice stuff from other players.
I'm not saying that people that feel the opposite are wrong, just that I am a dad with a full time career. I just want to have fun and kill things in the 2-3 hours I get after my boy goes to bed. It'd be nice to let the players choose if they want things to be difficult. That would satisfy everyone.
I guess I was just thinking that they made it easier to get money because it is a beta game. That way people can try out more weapons in the game and test all the items. What do you guys think?
With a netgun, you need a shot to kill a thrax. You make big cash because of this. 1 shot, 15c, 120 gained (or more).
With other guns, you need to hit the mob more often, leads to less money.
Chainguns are powerfull and the community was long time thinking, that it was powerful and the downside was, that it was eating money due to ammo costs.
Thinking of netgun again ... well ... just not very good in balance atm.
The "Credits are very easy to get" change'd somewhat when getting into some crafting as that makes "Credit easy to lose again" ....not in a bad way i may ad

I dunno I enjoy a game where I don't feel rich and have to squeeze my pennies.
