not all grind
fun game,for once its not all grind...and its not boring like EQOA for ps2,or Final Fantasy XI,those games suck..MuOnline nothing to do but lvl up!Icant stand those games,but Illutia(or at least Illutia wish realm)is a lot funner. rare equipment most people don't have..ive been trying to get the forest blade from Daddy Shroom in wishrealm for 2 days now...tons of events in the fairgrounds,and wishrealm is a brand new game. personaly,i think it's the funnest game ive ever played and ive played alot,all the other games ive played have bored me and they suck...illutia doesnt really let u get bored either..they joke about the items in the description and stuff..quests are usually funny,its not a very serious game. again it's the funnest game I'VE ever played.
i recommend the wishrealm server...it SAYS 7 day free trial BUT its in open beta and has been for months,and u can keep getting free trials everyday and stacking those days on top of each other so its free for now..i think its gonna be p2p later but really cheap..like $5 a month(same price as runescape except runescape is boring(for lack of other words,if i say what i really think about runescape this thread will be blocked out)

Free Runescape accounts only get about 1/8 of the actual content that the game has. The world map is freaking huge, theres tons of members only quests and stats and mini-games like the Castle Siege which lets you use siege weaponry to defend your castle from other players. Not to mention you don't even have to download the game and you can play it off of practically any computer in the world. You have to actually install Illutia and waste hard drive space to play. Runescape actually rewards you for being a paying member in various ways, whereas Illutia's development team is just too poor to continue financing thier own servers and thus are relying on the member base to keep thier game running.
I'm guessing you've never played Runescape past level 30 or owned a members account so I'm gonna hold back on my ranting as yours is quite biased and I'd like to keep the distinction between you and me quite clear, so I'll stop here.

runescape is a scam to get you to pay,they say you don't need to download it but what do you think you're doing everytime you load the game? java runs it for you but your pc adds it to registry everytime you load it..you're downloading,illutia takes up less than a mega-byte of space and can play on pcs way cheaper than onse used to play runescape and the only reason they have donation is because they want to keep the game free and let the members experience all of the content of the game,and all of the donators seem pretty satisfied with their rewards.runescape lets you play for free then you get your friends to play because there is "no download" then eventually some of you are paying and telling about your members items..getting others to pay and most people who play runescape have never played a REAL mmorpg otherwise they wouldn't mind downloading a real game
