hi i am wondering is their a way to wipe out all files but the important window ones. I am having issues playing some of my games and i really just want to start over. So is their a way to delete every file but the window ones?

basically i want to loose all my data... i dont have the windows cd. How can i do this? i dont want to install it i just want to reinstal it or delete all non windows file

Basically you open up your computer and remove the hard disk then go to a Car dump and have the Big electro magnet hold the hard disk for around 12 seconds [weaker magnets wont get past the shielding]. Then you will find all the useless data will be errased.

OP: i dont think you can reformat your comp without a windows disc .... so your options are a: do nothing or b: buy a new OS

You're going to have to buy a new copy of Windows and reformat your hard drive. Generally speaking, you should reformat your HD once a year or so anyway. You can buy a copy of XP Home for what... $80 or so? But if you do buy a new one, you should probably get Vista.
BTW, it's a bad idea not to have your own copy of your OS.
