Nice info, sounds like they are moving right along.
Let me add my gratz as well Jason, on your recent wedding.
Yes it was a good interview:
For those that havent listened yet, hightlights include;
* Game designed with "M" rating from the start
* Trying to be faithful and stick to the lore
* Jason also explains good points in comparison with the game and the Lore
* Expansion new, and Content Plan
* PvP always consensual
* PvE player Cities working on PvP servers are still undecided on workings
* Jason states that they will be happy with 200k Subs but 1 million they would be "real happy" - Also not aiming for WoW figures.
* Game is available in DX9 and DX10 and both with support for 64 bit versions
* Jason talks about balancing in PvP and PvE with reference to "Gear"
* Still in Tech Beta and moving into General Beta very soon
* There will be a Funcom GM tour in January, hands on with the Media then (again)
* Jason talks about crafting, the different crafting professions, the hubs in game like in PvE Cities too.
Anyway, he cracks a few jokes and sounds like a guy fresh from honeymoon!
If you listen it might give you good insight to the direction and feel the game is taking!
Thanks all! Only wish I had more time to do the interview! We could have talked for hours!
