OK im a new member on MMORPG and im kinda catching up on posting what i think about games/thingys.
combine anarchy online coz of its combat style (slow shooting) with second life for its creation and economy (sl is far better for eco creation) (AO is far better for hunting and gaming) or infact just strip down AO to a basic mmo and throw in the need to deposite cash to play and buy ammo/probs you will be close to EU, all that a noob can do is gather sweat and its slow and boreing as 7out10 attemps will fail even if you lvl sweating skill = just more sweat when you do get some.
tho its a clever concept from mindark point of view but very lame for an RPG gamer angle, YOU CANT JUMP IN AND START LVL-ING , even if you do deposite it will get eaten up before you are able to fend for you self ,, back when this game was PROJECT ENTROPIA it was far easy to make peds and survive , HENCE WHY SO MANY PPL POSTING say it take time gather sweat etc etc have been playing game for a long time before mindark strangled the system to bennifit there pockets. oh you can do a teleport run to collect TP's on you map if your a free player and thats about it :S.
even if you sweat for a week and buy guns and ammo or mining tools it will vanish before your good enough to hunt better mobs or drop probes deeper to get a balance return.
keep in mind 99% of the time you wont break even on ammo + item decay cost and each hunt will get back 50 to 70% of original investment over a period of time you can see how your deposite will vanish,
THIS IS NOT REALLY AN F2P THO I STILL SEE IT AS AN MMORPG COZ YOU HUNT AND BUILD SKILL YOU USE BY HUNTING/ MINEING/ CRAFTING.
I WOULD RECOMEND ANARCHY ONLINE IF YOU HAVENT TRYED IT YET,
