looking for good Low end character creation MMO

I am looking for a decent RP MMO for a low end machine. 1.4 ghz, 704 ram ok video card.

I want something with a decent create character, change height and girth, something more then just faces and hair

I am also looking for something with decent rp community. Also any rare gem in the ruff of free MMO would be much appreciated

Was thinking of trying Knights or Horizons. Wanna do Middle east but do not think my computer has a chance in hell of handling it.
