Released in Europe? Including UK?

in Fury

Went into town today to get Fury, Croydon in the UK and i could not find the game in Virgin, HMV or Game.

I would have thought that a Europe release would include the UK!?!

    I'm in the UK as well, I just downloaded it direct. These days everything is so multinational a lot of chain stores never stock anything beyond a narrowband of "Football Manager v.17" type stuff they're told to stock by heavy weights like EA etc.

    It should be on it's way! As usual with these things there are delays with the distribution, and you may have to wait a couple of days for some shops to get  their stock in. That said, I'm not entirely sure which UK retailers will have it on the shelf.

    Popped into a 'Game' today. They hadn't even heard of Fury, let alone have it in stock. However it is available for purchase from play.com, game.co.uk, amazon.co.uk, and of course auran.com
    (17.99 @ amazon/play, 24.99@game/auran)

    This game has still not found its way in the UK shops, almost a week after release.

    Is it ever going to get to the UK?

    Which incidently is one of the biggest markets in Europe.

    It is sad that even if it gets to the UK now we will be at a disadvantage because we will be starting late.

     

    How can the producers let this happen? I simply can't understand it.

    Usually  producers ensure that all shops have copies of thier games well in advance of the release date.

    And

     

    I know you can download it, but i prefer to have a box and a manual. And imagine all the additional people who don't know about the game and walk in to a shop and see it on the shelve and buy it.

    no, couldnt find it in the stores near me either

    www.play.com has it for £18
