I would like to see a MMORPG made based on Vampire: The Masquerade by White Wolf.  There was an RPG out a while ago that gave storytellers some tools to create their own mods and host them online for a small group.  The tools were limited and there was a lot of room for improvement, but thegame was fun and in the beginning there were many players active on the servers and many mods out for download.

A mmorpg of Vampire: The Masquerade would make sense and could be done fairly easily, modelled after the pen and paper RPG.  The rules are different than D&D rules, and would be a nice change.  With the advances in graphics today, the World of Darkness setting could be made to be really scary and immersive.  The game would probably have adult themes (as the tabletop games does).

A game like this would have a decent player base I think, but it definitely would be a minority to the other mmorpgs out and coming out soon, so I don't expect anything like this to be done unless a company sees profits from it later on down the line . . .

    LOL Draconus.image

I played Zork on an old Commodore 64 back in the day. Good idea for an mmorpg.

I would still like to see either a Morrowind or White Wolf's pen-n-paper game developed into a mmorpg. Thought the mmorpg based on D&D is in developement so it will probably fill the Morrowind role quite nicely if it is done properly.

Lol, Zork. Those were the days.image
