Hi , I'm stuck in limbo with my EA Store-purchased client encrypted. I have the serial key and dye kit registered , Flagship is telling me to join the game already. The problem is EA won't let me..
So, anyone feel like making an iso of their dvd and make a torrent out of it or something? Or perhaps there is a client download somewhere else(or a torrent already exist that I'm not aware of)?
Oh and by the way, never ever do buisness with EA Store, they will rip you off . (Still awaiting answer from their "support" since 24 hours, not expecting anything at all at this point)
If anyone could help me with the client, I'd be forever grateful.

Dude, call this number: 650-628-1905
EA support. I had to dig it up on some unrelated forum just to get my download started. (was a problem on my end, not theirs actually)
At least you can talk to a live person. I never wait for those stupid email responses, it will take days for anyone to read that.
Hope it helps.

Hey thanks daelnor. Is that the number for US support? I live in Sweden so I don't think they could help me. Still its nice to have an actual number. (Btw, my download is already complete, just that it lies encrypted on my hard drive - for 1 day 3 hours more when I'm typing this) I doubt they will change that if I phone them.
Still, I'd prefer anyones ISO since then I wouldnt need the EA Download Manager phoning home and checking the "legality" of my product all the time.
Oh, I have no idea about EU release. I haven't installed yet, still downloading for another hour or so.
I know when I ordered they gave me some number that I had to write down.
I don't have euro numbers though, sorry. It was a massive pain to find that number. It's like a well kept secret or something. I found it on google on some random forum where someone else had been looking for a number. Evidently someone had one and posted it. I gave it a try and it worked, wasn't even on hold for more than a couple minutes.
Hope you figure it out. I don't have a hard copy of the game myself.

I hear you, same thing on the european EA sites. You jump from one confusing page to another, never getting any information of how to actually get in touch with someone. After 5 pages of "try this: defragment your drive" etc, I got a mail support option (I needed to create yet another EA(tm) Account for this- haha). Their site is truly a godawful mess, blinking banners everywhere, little to no information.
I appreciate you trying to help us EA fools, hope you have luck with your copy.
I don't know, but it was easy to find the help desk phone number. It was on page 30 of the booklet. Could give you the number, but it's a Dutch number. So unless you're Dutch, the number is useless. But I guess they will have a number for any other country as well.
