Avid Gamer Needs New Game

Well I have been playing computer games for a while now mostly in the FPS and Sim scene.

I started with Wolfenstien and Quake. Then I ventured into Combat Flight Sim 1 - 3, Flight Simulators 98-FSX for a long time. I have played games such as CS:S, Half Life 1 and 2, Doom 1 and 3, Operation Flashpoint, Battlefield 1942 through 2142 with many mods,  Bioshock, and Armed Assault. Im sure there are some there but you get the point...

Anyways I started my MMO scene off with Guild Wars. I played it almost from launch till today. I have played and beat all new GW games/expansions and it is a great game. I love it, it has devoured countless hours of my life but I am getting burnt out of it. I think i just ran out of things to do that are fun for me in it.

Other MMOs I have played are WoW(Got to lvl 14 at the point I terminated subscription, not the game for me. No story/lore, graphics were so bad I could not get immersed in it. I had a really hard time with the community as well), WWIIOL(Great game/concept but it is in dire need of a engine overhaul. The UI is outdated and can be hard to use. Really took away from the fun factor. graphics are also in dire need of help), Project Entropia(Again cool concept I really got into it when it was a newer game, but now adays it lacks anything to drive me. No story at all. All it is is spend money and try and get rich and buy an apartment.), EvE(Tried that for a short time maybe the learning curve was to steep but I didn't really find anything fun early on. Couldnt find the community and the whole space thing isint really for me.)

So other than GW my MMO Exp is pretty limited but I am looking for new. Some MMOs I see on here come to mind. Tabula Rasa sounded cool untill I heard it was a pretty solo game and didnt sound like it would "keep me," Age Of Conan: This one looks really cool I am really looking forward to it. Lots of cool features and sounds like a large game that will be around a while. I really want to give this a try. Pirates Of The Burning Sea: Don't know much about it but it seems kind of cool. LotR: Almost got it untill I heard it was kind of like WoW, LOTs of quests. Im not a fan of doing 100s of random quests that have no meaning.

So what am I looking for in an MMO?

1. Large community that can be found. PE for example, large community but the world is so big it seems like a small community. I want to be able to interact with players.

2. Drive to play. Some sort of story/lore is great. If there is an objective to play such as taking over a city or moving a battle line it hooks me.

3. Graphics, not the most important thing in the game but if they look like some sort of comic book drawing I don't feel like I am deeply involved in the game. I feel like I am looking at a computer screen not the feeling that im actually in the game.

4. I like mostly PvE but do like to engage in some minor/mid level PvP

So I hope I have explained what I like and don't like pretty well. Maybe someone can give me some suggestions. Thanks a lot
