Question for Snipers using Range Magnifier

Is it worth using the Bolt-Driver in conjunction with the Range Magnifier implant, or should I just spend my cert points on something else, like Heavy Assault or Anti-Vehicle? Any opinions would be welcome!

    use advanced targeting instead it allows you to see easy targets (people with life taken off).

    I went with advance targetting. It helps to see who will die in one shot to .
