Classic servers all german ?

hello.

as the titel says. Are the 2 EU classic servers been all german now ? I dont understand anything that is beeing writen inside the game that includes hints and the likes.

Are there any way to make it in english for a none german speaking european ?

Just reactivated my accounts but now im starting to regret it. As im not interested in playing on the old servers anymore. bc of ToA. So anyway to make the text on the german classic servers in english for me ?

    ok and how do i go about to do that ? do i need to buy a whole new game or can i transfer my account to the US somehow ?
