Pardon the thread title, but this is actually to the people who are already bashing this game.

 

Relative to just about ANY other RPG (MMO or otherwise) that has been released... this has to have some of the fewest bugs. This game feels very completed, and is designed fantastically. And it's less than a week after opening, and it has that feeling of completion.... so that many games don't have until about 6 months later, and usually longer. This should trigger the "Oh shit, that's a damn good job" button in your brain.

 

The only thing that I would change about this game, is the chat/party system. But the rest of it is very complete, save for a few spots you get stuck.

    Yeah I can't understand what all the fuss is about.  I am having a blast.  Love the combat and adore the character system.  So many different ways to build your character.  Good times.

    I would agree with you both this is a great game now and I can see it only getting better in the coming months, all I would like to see changed at this point is the chat bar.

    When I went to download the playable demo, I noticed lots of people bashing it, claiming it was buggy and and had poor graphics.  I played the demo to the level cap (5) and then some more, just having fun.  I saw no bugs, and the graphics are fine, considering the limitations imposed by the random level design feature.  I suspect the reason it looks like such a high percentage of folks are complaining is that a lot of the happy players are too busy enjoying the game to post on the messageboards.  As soon as I get the full version, you probably won't see me here either.  :)

    My advice to those who are unsure about this game:  Try the free demo and see for yourself how much fun it is!

    The demo is quite crap to be honest.



    Full game is a ton better, especially now that they increased the randomness in levels quite a bit with the first patch.

    LoL, yes the only reason I am on forums today and not playing is due to the fact that I need to go out and run some errans with the GF and I know once i start playing she will nigh have to un-plug my comp to get me to go, cant help but maintain the idea just one more run : ) havent felt this addiction in a game for a few years now, damn i love diablo 3...err i mean hellgate: london

     I am really enjoying the game myself,me and son both have copys of it and are playing the shit out of it. Going to roll throu single player mode first then do the online thing later,Just starting act 4.

    Yeah, add me to the list of people that don't understand what all the bashing is about. I think it may be due to the game not living up to what they expected b/c the game is being called a MMO by some. So people went in thinking it was more WoW then Diablo 2 or something. I don't know....

    All I know is that I am really enjoying the game. It has a great story when you pay attention to it, the gameplay is alot of fun and quite varied from class to class. Overall I think it's a great game and look forward to playing it for a good while.

    This game is as much of an MMO as Guildwars.... same limitations. Either way, most people are completely ignorant about this game, and expect a perfect launch. Even considering it's launch, it was still a great launch. I'll still be playing this game ;) ,
