Looking for a new game

I just left WoW and am searching for a new MMO. I've played WoW, SWG, CoV, and GW.  I'm looking for more of a fanstasy game that is solo friendly and where you can be able to have your own house and things of that sort. I looked into Maple Story but I don't like the graphics of it very much. I thought about trying Vanguard but I heard it isn't that great. Please give me any suggestions. Thanks
