In-GameTechnical Support?

As per the topic, is there any in-game technical support? I found a "Help" item on the ESC menu, but it was greyed out and non-selectable. I ask, because I managed to get myself semi-stuck on a patch of ground at the midpoint of a cliff. I can still move around and jump, but nothing I do (including repeated use of the /stuck command) gets me to the top or the bottom of the hill. Barring some way to suicide the character or GM help, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be there until the sun burns out. The cliff does have a nice view, but it's not offering much in the way of fulfilling gameplay. Thanks much.

    File a petition out in game or go to the plaync website and ask for support through the help. Don't use the /bug whatever you do that will not get you anywhere. 

    For a quick fix you could get a friend to come duel you and kill you, then you'll spawn up a new in a hospital of your choice.

    Thanks much for the response. Do you know if they have plans for any in-game support? The menu button seems to indicate they do, but that could just be a relic from beta. I'll definitely do the out-of-game petition, but if I managed to get stuck in the geometry this early in the game, I can definitely see it happening again. I have a tendency to end up where I shouldn't be. ;) Thanks again.
