Looking for game with property

SimsuSimsu Member UncommonPosts: 386

I've always been a fan of games that allow players to own their own in game structures (Similar to UO and shadowbane)

Dun suppose you all could tip me off to some more games that allow similar options?

Thx in advance

    Project Entropia? (not 100% sure)

Asheron's Call 1 though I know you can own cottages, villas, and mansions.

Star Wars Galaxies! SWG have one of the best cummunity in mmorpg. You can own house, town, pet, bike. There're also many things to craft.

In Dark and Light if your character has nobility skills he can own a fortress and then improve it and the land around it.

    If you are into Fanta-Sci

In Ao you get an apartment and it's free, just walk into one and it's yours.Unfortunately you cannot break into or enter someone elses unless you have the proper permission or are grouped with them.

FFXI is kinda like AO.you have no feeling of any neighbors tho and you live with a tiny bear type thing/

If u actually wanna build, have it built Craftorizons is for you.Its kinda neat.

Swg housing beats all tho, hands down.

    Asheron's Call:

    1. Apartments in large complexes that do not exist in the 'world'.
    2. Cottages(entry way,one story, one room, one basement),
    3. Villas (two stories, multiple rooms, basement and courtyard,
    4. Mansions (** Must be an Allegiance Monarch**, Three+ stories, too many rooms, not enough accessory hooks, private multi-level basement),

Can be acquired without purchase or trading. But there are money and items costs upfront and monthly.
Can only own one house across all worlds and avatars on one account.
All housing have storage chests and accessory hooks. the bigger the house the more storage.
    Guest lists.
Teleport to housing for you and guests.
And the housing can be open to all, restricted to you and friends, or just you.

    Project Entropia:

No monthly fees, but items can be purchased by transferring real world money into their virtual world money. If you have little self-control this could get expensive.

    1. Housing

    2. Hangar Bays for Space ships. And the space ships finally have some place to go.

A Landgrab event is planned for September.
