Confusing support...

I bought Hellgate a couple of days ago. It work fine in multiplayer, but not in singleplayer. When I try to start in singleplayer I just get a gray box with an error message about some security 700 fault. When I go to Hellgate's homepage and support I get asked for username and password, when I use the one I use for the game it say it is not recognized (same for forum) When I try to get it sent from lost password it does not recognize my e-mail...

I have the EU version, is there a different site for EU that I have not found? Can anyone give suggestions?
