Belly Button?

Anyone having a graphical glitch were the texture around the characters belly button area is non exsistent? You can basically stare are his stomach area and see the background of the environemnt through the character in the little window of missing texture (Belly Button).

    Sorry, put a small hole in most of the NPC's with my rifle, I do apologize.

    By the way, I mean the character that you play, not NPCs.  Its missing texture is evident on the character selection screen.
