Why is Hellgate: London not receiving any news articles?

(Before I go on.. please.. this is not a debate on whether it's an MMO or not, so let's not go there)
Hellgate: London was released last week and has since released a few patches with event content, but there hasn't been one bit of information posted on this site about it.
Even the Editor's Weekly review completely skipped over the fact that the game was released.
Any reasons as to why?

Like frig MMORPG did some retarded interview for some EQ card game right on the hellgateguru irc network.. biggest channel is hellgate :P

Once you get nearly universally panned you are forgotten.

As for universally panned? I don't think so... there are plenty of people liking this game. Heck, even D&L had more press.

I have only seen a handfull of the same people on this site touting this Diabalo clone.

TR was released after Hellgate, but it still managed to get into his article.
I didn't know press was based on how many people talk about a game.... and if it is... you'll see Hellgate is in the top 10 every day from forum hits.

Besides, there's plenty of people that enjoy HG:L. I personally think there's some really synical people around in review-land. But meh, the future will show us.
...because the game is poor and not worth mentioning. Sad but true.
I'm glad I tried this at a friends house, saved some money there.

If that was true.. there'd be hardly any news on this site because a lot of the games listed here are poor.

DnL was a MMORPG.
Oh sorry, i forgot... You didn't wanna discuss if Hellgate: London were a MMORPG or not. That's right, because there is nothing to discuss. In order to be a MMORPG you need to have more than 50 people on the same server.

I'm having a blast in the game. I love the fight about is it a MMORPG or not lol.. I could scratch half the games on the list that be less considered a MMORPG then HG:L. And come on PSO/PSU considered MMORPG's? Then HG:L for sure is a MMORPG... Hell PSU you pay 15bucks a month for them to unlock parts of the game for you.. While HG:L they make new things over time..
I will admit the start has had major issues like crashing and subscriptions and I'm sure we can add to the list. But the people who since beta put effort into getting to level 15 even 10+ will start to see the game is a lot diffrent and a lot of replay value..
Oh and I'm a founder and the reason is these our the creators of Diablo 2... Just wait they will be back and showing there power off in the future.. It's just going be a rocky start but they have proven they can make an amazing ending.
And I'm disturbed being part of this community for many years not posting but still coming here almost everyday and to see 0 new articals about HG:L it deserves to be on the site as much as the next guy.. Start adding it or I will taking my reading else where..

Why are people so hell bent on having the game they play be the #1 on every list that exists? If you like it, great! Go play it. The time it took you to start this thread could have beetter spent on getting phat lewt. For all you know there was that legendary grenade lanucher just waiting for you on that boss you were gonna kill but now you missed out.
I also believe that certain reviewers such as PC Gamer get paid plenty of money to give a good/bad review depending on who does the paying. Having "exclusive in-game" content deals for certain games doesen't exactly do them any favors when they give great reviews.
No required quests! And if I decide I want to be an assassin-cartographer-dancer-pastry chef who lives only to stalk and kill interior decorators, then that's who I want to be, even if it takes me four years to max all the skills and everyone else thinks I'm freaking nuts. -Madimorga-

It's not a MMO it's a co-op Hack and slash RPG. It's Diablo 2 with in game chat via instanced towns. The only MMO-ish thing they have is the fact that they charge you every month for new content like a mmo would. So basically it's D2 set in the future with a monthly fee instead of the free BNET online play people were used too.
