Missing DLL ! But what DLL ??

Since the first time i installed this game I had problems patching, sometimes it stopped at 1 blue square to finish patch download or it was fully downloaded but wouldnt patch.

The solution was to close and load again the launcher.exe, for few patches it were nedded more than 10 reloads of launcher to succefully proceed to next patch download.

OK, I ws playing SGE 1.36 untill Saturday, that day MSN6 was installed, yesterday i tryed to play SGE but the screen had low resolution and was all bugged.

After an reinstall and hard patching the following error displays when GEclient.exe goes to load:

So what is this link library eZoneInformation ?

EDIT.: I unistalled MSN6 already (shitty program). So that is not the problem.

I use Windows 2000 PRO english version.
DirectX 9.
Windows update up to date.
Norton AV.
I dont access doubtable net content with shitty IE6 (full of flaws).

ugh, I wrote up a lengthy reply and this board screwed up and lost it.

Anyway, eZoneInformation sounds like the registry is corrupt.

Do you have current Dat files for Norton AV?

Do you know how to use the System Restore? If so restore your computer to a time and day just before the day you installed MSN6.  If not in the start menu select Run type in msinfo32 and click ok, in the Tools menu select Rystem Restore.
