Problem with making account...

Sooo, I just purchased the game like an hour ago and decided to give it a whirl. While installing it asked me to register and all that stuff, so I just went through it all then at the end it gave an ERROR message and told me to try again later. I went on the site and decided to register my cdkey there and went about doing it, when I clicked OK it said my CD-Key is in use! There's no way to reach the forums and ask around about it or anyway to contact tech support (those bastards lol) anyone know what I should do? Doubt I can return it and get a new one after I opened the box and all
