Is there a good place to learn strategy for the game?

Ok been playing a week and it is fun so far.  There are a lot of questions that I am having now that I am starting to get into it.  Is there a fan site or someplace to read up on the game and get strategy?   I don't want to get up in levels to discover I should have been training a certain thing and such.

and go to the forums...

then go to newbie forum and look their for the questions you have and maybe youll find yer awnser

The website help is laughable, it is unfortunate you have to go to the forums to get any information
