Game will not install, and no help from "Codemasters"

The game will not Extract and install.. After its sownlaoded and I try to extract, Windows Vista just gives me an error message stating "An unexpected error is preventing the operation".. and give me the Try Again option and a Skip.. Try Again just gives the same message, and Skip just extracts the documents and web short cuts... The RF-Online help site "codemasters" had nothin on Windows Vista or anything like this ... Any suggestions?

I play under XP but I think I read that you need to be logged into Vista as an administrator. I got the game on DVD from local shop, it was in the really cheap bin and installed from that but had about an hour of patches. If you see the game cheap do not use the key, get a free key and use the box key to get you 3000 credits in online shop.

Thing is I am an Admin.. I'll keep my eye out for the CD... Thanks tho

Your computers firewall may be blocking ti or router...
