can Americans play the Euro version

Since its going to be released 1st quarter in Europe, and not in America, can Americans play on the Euro servers?

    They have always answered this question with that this will depend on the publisher for NA, but when no publisher for NA is found it will be possible to play on European servers for certain.

    But i do not think you wanna play this game with a ping > 200 ms.
