Erm..... Only thing I can suggest is get a better connection unless it is down to location and then maybe look for a game that has a server near you.
No one can just say what server or game will not give you any lag sorry, lag is upto the route your internet takes to hit the server. Also make sure you are not running any file share programs or bit torrents because uploading can cause lag effects in games.
Posting your location and some more info maybe your ISP can help because there maybe other people on these forums are in the same location as you and on the same ISP and know of games that lag and don't lag.
