    No

    Free MMO = grind fest

Guild Wars isn't "free" just doesn't have a monthly fee

Guild wars may be your best bet.

    No monthly fees

    Playing: Everthing
    Played: DAoC,AC2,EvE,SWG,WAR,MXO,CoX,EQ2,L2,LOTRO,SB,UO,WoW.
I have played every MMO that has ever come out.

    Anarchy Online

    Free to download

    Free to play

Have access to full non-expansion content

    Give it a try.

Got nothing to lose at all.

    It really is free.

You can maybe try Rf online or archolord, thou archlord is very buggued and also is like the hugest grind fest. By the time, rf online is cool a little bit of grind but if you're into pvp i suggest you playing rf online above all other free stuff  and yeah perfect world when it comes out.

RFO would be your best bet atm......   maybe Sword of the New World

Well I have few suggestions for you.The best free MMO is GuildWars in my opinion but you will have to buy the game box once[Its not that much].As totally free I would choose Cabal Online, hope you live in Europe area or you know japaniese for this one, their servers are country limited.
    Well hope I helped...

Try "2Moons"....the game is fee free, but still BETA....You decide.

The first thing to do is to lower your expectations of what free games can offer. Unfortunately if you want a good MMORPG you're going to have to pay for it (although even then it's hit and miss)

Guildwars is your best bet for F2P, if you can stump up the initial cost.

Best free game I have played (with micropayment options):  Sword of the new World (Granado Espada)

    http://www.swordofthenewworld.com

Just have to get used to how you control the three characters.

I enjoy Sword of the New World myself, but it's a little grind heavy. There are quests, but not a lot.

Perfect World is supposed to be quest heavy. I couldn't get into it because of the somewhat arcane and complex interface.
