You dont HAVE to be the exact same level you can go up to a 3lvl difference 4 really before the xp gap starts (and this spans across all lvls after 15). As for the person that waited for 6 days for a group sadly unless they tried and failed at putting together their own group I have no sympathy for them. You are definitely right on one count though, that was a waste of 60 hours ^.^
A lot of ppl complain about the partying aspect of this game, its really not that bad. Ive been putting together my own ptys since lvl 15. The first time I put one together it was after sitting around for about 2 hours with no invite. I realized though that there were more than 6 others who had been sitting around LFG just as I was some for longer than I had been waiting. So I invited them, and low and behold I had a pty. As long as you have some common sense and courtesy for your fellow players; forming a pty is rather enjoyable. Plus you get to meet a lot of interesting new people. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Hehe and once again Id like to state that you DO NOT have to be the same lvl +/- 1. Ive gotten great xp off a group where I was the low man on the totem pole at 3 lvls below our tank (luck of the mage ). The experience of the group members, however, does goes a lot towards that. If you can chain then lvl becomes even less of a concern.
I am new to this game i just baught it and i was wondering is the free manageable even if you work at an Taco bell cuase i work at an Taco Bell and get 6.57 and hour if there is wor for me to do. Do you think this is enough to pay the monthly free's. Also how can i get to the server that my friends are on if i get placed on anothe server.
A couple months ago i posted why i didnt like it and why i quit, and after 4 months of no net or games (because of a move) i decided to give it another chance. And this time i enjoy it alot. People who want a game to solo in this one is not for you, and why solo in a MMO when it is MULTIPLAYER. play a console or something for that

PLEASE SOE MAKE A CLASSIC EQ SERVER. Shadow of luclin was a prick in EQs side. PoP Was a gun to the face.
As for FFXI its only for FF zealots. The game is crappy really. Most Non-american or non west games suck. Lin2 and FF are that symbol. Wait for something good like EQ2 or WoW or the many MMORPG comming soon.
Dude i dont know why everyone is raging on it! I honestly think people are just jelous or mad at Square for putting out a great MMORPG! Being that this is the first time they did it i think people should just play EQ if you dont like to party with others! People wine and wine on how hard it is but not all MMORPG's are suppose to be easy and how its hard to find a party....right i party like crazy and also their are allot more people playing the game now so it should be easier!
Also people relate this game to Eq but its way different really but most people love EQ and i dont blame them so i think you guys should go rag on L2 or go play and talk about EQ!

Hey, stop debating if its good or not, everyone has their own point of view. Of course comenting on the game and reviewing it is ok, but spaming some Grouping is a pain! and some EXP debt too high! wont necessarily help others out. I thought people would be talking more about the in game stuff, as in where to get certain items or help on doing that, maybe organising a party from a forum.

Oh I think in all there patchs they are patching stuff silently without players knowing it and thats sad and fighting 1 enemy at a time is seriously BORING!!!!! Lucky my friend let me try it out. I just saved myself 60 dollars in canadian money
