Ok im not sure if I'm going to buy this game yet or not, so I downloaded the free trial. Everything went smooth right up until i went to sign into the actual game. It just says "Unable to Log In".
After this came up, I looked through the "help" option, i checked my firewall settings and everything and I'm positive that nothing on my computer is blocking it from internet access. ANd I just downloaded the game and created my trial account last night, so it didnt expire.
I really don't know waht else to do. Did they shut down the server or anything?

1. Make sure you have the right information for your account, username and password, and if you don't remember try to recover it.
2. Make sure all ports on your router for WoW are open. Check the support section of Worldofwarcraft.com or portforward.com.
3. Make sure that your firewall has all of the WoW ports open, the same ports, go to the support section of portforward.com.
4. Check and make sure that the proper port setting are on windows firewall, i suggest turning it off if you have a retail firewall service.
5. Make sure your WoW files are all there or arent corrupt, look for anything suspicious and post it here, I can tell you if its supposed to be there.
If all else fails, call WoW support.
