Basically GameTribe negotiated with SoftStar to ban the following countries from using DOMO servers in NA.

1: Italy

2: Germany

3: United Kingdom

4: France

5: Spain

6: Ireland

7: Belgium

8: Netherlands

9: Luxembourg

10: Norway

11: Sweden

12: Denmark

Now I can understand GameTribe trying to make an extra buck, but it seems like what they are really doing is just pissing a lot of people off. 

And not only at them, but Aeria games also, which wasn't even in the negotiation. And I would think SoftStar would want the most people playing the game regardless of country, so not sure what they get out of it, maybe GT is paying more for the license?

Ah well, I hope this doesn't affect the population, though there goes my guild.

People think I'm nuts when I say the internet is going to be restricted more and more. see?!?!?!
