subscription, payment error.

 when i give my card information it says i cant subscribe. how can this be??   the first subscribe site was much better  i was sitting in 2-4 hours yeaterday trying to get it work. then i get a payment error. and 1 more question why you must fill in province?  in sweden we dont have province.

Try to email SOE about the problem, or post the problem on the official Vanguard forums. Sadly I do not know how to fix this problem.

I cant write in vanguard forums, i need subscription to do that.

and i cant email or chatt with them either.
