LF good MMO

KenttKentt Member Posts: 50

So i'm searching for a good new refreshing MMO to have fun with.. seems i cant really find any

i've played

WoW

EQ2

LOTRo

Tabula Rasa

Saga of Ryzom

SWG

GW

EVE

DaoC

and many other lesser ones, but yet they didn't entertain me for long, maximum WoW did for 2 years of my  5 year of MMO playing..

So if anyone could give me some advice to a good MMO i would be really happy

I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum. And I'm all out of ass. Because I kicked so much of it earlier.

You sir should stick with a FPS or a diffrent genre. You've listed the major MMOs... hell if EQ2, WoW, LOTR, or EvE got you, id suggest Planetside or WWII Online.

I wont list any other MMOs because EQ2, WoW, and LOTR are pretty diffrent from each other and have unique diffrent fan bases. Either Eve was too complicated or too "boring".

So try a MMOFPS or wait for AoC, Warhammer, Darkfall, etc etc.

It really depends on what type of game you like tbh..

IMO EVE is the best MMO out there, but to really "feel" the game I would advise you to play it for a long time until you can actually get yourself into the "end game" features. And by end game I mean, get your career skills maxed, and get into a corporation that plays in 0.0 ( no security ) regions, and get into war gangs in 0.0, etc..

You can always try City of Heroes/Villains, its a nice game but wont keep u entertained for to long.

It seems to me that you played alot of games in a short time, most games have all the fun on the end game content, and it seems to me that you probably nvr got to it on half of the games u played ;)

Theres a new hard core pvp mmo, Fury, might wanna try it, I havent heard that many good reviews so I didnt even tested it..

As AnimaAion said, maybe City of Heroes / Villains. It's the only MMOG I can think of real quick that differs significantly from those you've listed.
