Negative Burn is a US Based Destruction Side Warhammer Online Guild.

Raids will be starting at 7-7:30 EST and Conclude when the task is complete.

More than likely raids will be 4 days a week, depending on content and whats available to us in warhammer online, however this is subject to change.  I can state that it will be no less than 3 days and no more than 5, Every team needs at least 2 days off a week.

 

We are seeking a few more elite members to join our ranks.  In addition to planning for WAR, we are also taking part in EQ2, DOTA, and a couple other online games to pass the time and to get to know each other better.  Feel free to stop by www.negativeburn.net and check us out.

Do you have what it takes?

First and foremost we are looking for individuals who excel in gaming. It is our belief that a great gamer is great at any game he dedicates him/herself to and therefore we are looking for those players who among the best. That being said, you must also be a great team player, you can be the best player in the world, but if you stand alone in WAR, you will never survive the storm. Every member of nB has been battle tested and proved his worth. If you are able to stand with us, do so. If you break the line, we will have your head on a spear by nightfall!

Charter

As we gather more and more soldiers to our call of war, we stand united with one purpose, to be the very best we can be. We want to stand apart from the masses as some of the best players to log into the game. We will set the standards of what a great guild of great players is supposed to be. We will not do this by degrading fellow guilds or comparing our achievements with those around us. Simply put there will be no comparison. Our skill, our commitment, and our love for our guild will be beyond compare. To be part of nB is to be part of something larger than just yourself, a sum greater than its parts. We are many, we are great, and we have arrived.

Guild History

We were formed by a group of friends that believe in skill, dedication and friendship above all else. Our goal was not simple; to form a guild that would set the standard in any game that we entered. By doing so, we would form a long lasting bond with like-minded gamers that would transcend into real life friendships. We decided that Warhammer Online and Starcraft 2 would be our first accomplishments under the nB name, but the MMO history of our members has gone far beyond that. For twelve years, our members have been gaming, fighting, and dominating the genre. We strive to have fun, and we have fun by being among the best.

Guild Structure

Leader: The guild leader has two purposes in the function of a successful guild structure. The first and most important is make sure that the officers are completing the task they are assigned. The second is to focus everyone on the current objective of the guild.

Officer: It is our belief that great guilds live and die by its officer core. Officers are the workers of the guild, they assign tasks and give objectives to guild members. Officers are given a specific job to do on a day to day basis, it is their sole responsibility to make sure the task is completed. Being an officer in this guild is not for the feint of heart. They work hard, however their hard work makes them a shining example for the rest of the guild.

Team Leader: A team leader is simply put, an officer in training. Their job is to assist any officer in a task they may assign. These are the future leaders and officers of guilds in games as we expand. They are a vital part of the success of not only the current guild, but the future of our guild.

Class Leader: Class leaders are responsible for supplying knowledge to the membership of the guild. The class leader will have all the information that applies to their respective class, they will provide this information via the forum and live chat. Class Leaders are responsible for knowing the loot needs of the members of their class.

Member: Keep in mind that to be a member of this guild means to be a Core Member. Members will be given voting rights to determine large decisions that involve the structure and focus of the guild. Members will also sponsor recruits and be responsible for informing the recruit of everything that recruit will need to know. A member can serve as part of the loot council.

Recruit: Recruits are players wanting to join our ranks and trying to prove their loyalty, skill, and desire to be part of the guild. We use this rank to gauge new applicants and see if they possess the skill and commitment level that we require of our members. Recruits have no voting rights within the guild.
