A question about cancellation.

in Lord of the Rings Online

I am wondering if I can cancel my subscription via online or do I have to call Turbine to do that? Thanks.

    You can do it online. I know you have to call to cancel Gametap, and you had to call to cancel the Matrix Online before Sony took it over, but I can't think of any other major properties that require phone cancellation. Has that been a problem you've found with other MMOs you've played?

    how about freecreditreports.com? SIGH! I can't even cancel it online, pathetic if you ask me.

    Yeah, if anyone here knows anything about the cancellation process, it is Solareus.   He tried to quit 2 days ago but was too weak to pull the trigger...

    It is cold and lonely out these isn't it Sol....there there...

    I know I used an online option for Turbine's DDO and it worked just fine, the same should be true for LOTRO.
