Is it just my impression or most of the prized people are from US , is it just descrimination or pure random?

It seems that way
One consideration would be the ratio of US subscribers to this site compared to European.
The other may be in the cost of delivery of the Item to winners outside the US.
Perhaps they should have some European Only and US only competitions.

Without having a clue what you're talking about (didn't check around the site yet) I'm 99% certain it's completely random. And if it's not completely random it's due to eligibility (pre-announced or not) not any malicious intent or weighted drawings.
