Have you guys probably heard of the game called Second Life? That game is such a rip off i mean if you want to buy a beach estate island it cost up to 550$ US In real money???? I Just think that is crazy!!!! Post here if you think The game Second Life is a rip off and should be banned. That game targets 5 - 14 year old kids who are really crazy enough to buy some virtual items in the game for real money i mean... with 550 US I Can buy a house alredy Instead of buying a virtual reality thing... theres also an article about this at nytimes.com click on technologies an you will see the article about this...

Are you kidding? Because you are striding the line between ignorance and uninformed very proudly...
Second life is full of grown men and women who have day jobs and make enough in-game money to buy those beach front estates because they have invested that much time into the virtual community... it's not an RPG, either, to be honest, it's a community and all of the gameplay is created by other players...
Also, for ten dollars for life membership, being a ripoff is unlikely... like most people, you'll need to buy some inland land and find a way to make money before you can get the glorious beachfront property...
And you need to tell me where I get a house for $600... really, it will help me out...

Again, the point has been sorely missed... homes can be expensive in Second Life just like in anygame... the difference is that second life supports you spending real life money to get in game money... that's all... you don't have to have $550 dollars to get a good house, it just so happens that's one way to do it, IF you've got money to blow like that...
