Finished with Ragnarok, need something new

I have played Ragnarok Online for a few years now and loved it, but feel it is time to move on.  I'm looking for something that has graphics that are kinda anime style I guess (not realistic basically). Also something with good character customization would be good either by looking different, or by having lots of different classes/skills. I appreciate any suggestions and please tell me things even if they are still in development.
