Darkfall or Star Gate Worlds?

Ok sorry to cross-post this but I think it's relevant to DF's release schedule.   I just read over in the Star Gate Worlds forum that Cheyenne Mountain has set a Q4 2008 release date for SGW!   First of all, that is very exciting all by itself... if it isn't so overly optimistic and the real release date gets pushed back a year ... or two. 

Anyways, a few questions for the DF forum.

How many members here have been awaiting both SGW and DF? 

Do you plan to play both? 

Or will you go with whichever one comes out first and just ditch the other? 

And finally, which one do you think will make it to release first?  

Up this point I had expected something like 2009 or 2010 for SGW, but with the release info it might indicate how fast a game can transition from a mode where very little public info is available to an open beta and release.  Although CME does claim to have 100 employees which is probably somewhat larger than Aventurine's staff.  I would like to see both games, but I am actually a little more hopeful for DF after reading about SGW's schedule.  Both games supposedly have had playable versions for quite some time now.  Wouldn't it be nice (or perhaps bad depending on how you look at it) to have the Sci-Fi and Fantasy MMOs you've been waiting on a long time come out in the same year? 

We can only wait and see I guess...

Well in a couple days when I find out if I won a beta for SG, I will test that out and decide. Right now I would go with DFO.

LOL this only goes to prove DF release that now that people are pushing it against a game that may or may not be released in 2008,with the nod going to 2009,Cme on guys look at least to this year and give up on DF.

i play other games some of the hardcore guys dont really see any other games wrth it but i do alot of diffrent things

btw the real hardcore people dont come here

they pretty much call this site a joke because the mods let the trolls run wild

im in a beta that I cant mention .. im wiating for tcos im waiting for darkfall will it be another dark in light i dont think so they have the backing DNL ran out of money thent ried to scam people

and the other mmos the failed liike mourning and a 2 otehrs i think are where a few of the haters are from

They all two completly diffrent games Darkfall is sandbox while Stargate Worldsis not entirely instance based but is leveld based and does have a few instances.

I think Stargate Worlds and Spellborn look like the best upcoming mmo's out there right now. But I will always keep an eye out for Darkfall

first of all darkfall will be far more hardcore and deeper gameplay plus its a open pvp mmorpg stargate not.

I need to take a closer look at Star Gate Worlds. Yesterday i saw one episode from the TV-show......it was ok.
