I've been wanting to try this game out once more, but every time i try to log in to a trial account i made. i can't log in. it says that the password, or the username is wrong, but i'm 100% sure i did everything i need to be able to play.
anyone know how to fix this? would be nice to try this game out now since i have a new rig

odd...im on the trial and its working fine...
Try turning off your Firewall or find out what ports DDO uses and unblock them; same with your network if your using a Router or on a school connection.
If your using Vista, give your self admin.
really dont know if any of that would really help but its worth a try.
Also...make a new account and see if that one works. Aperently they were having troble with their account system this past week so depending on when you made your account you could not really be in their system or you got over looked b/c your on a trial.

and i've been trying to get a trial account for about 2 months now. tried making 6 or 7 accounts, whenever i tried to log in. it couldn't find my account. but it can find my old account, which i used for the trial first time, which i cannot play on anymore since the trial has expired.
hrrrmmm....thats pretty odd...try talking to their tech support yet?
Also, dont know if DDO does this but many programs do, it may remember that you have used a trial account on that computer and is blocking you from using another. Maybe a clean reinstall of the client and find out if the game has any secret caches and delete them as well.
